Automatic (Scheduled) backup mode

In Automatic mode a backup session will be initiated when one of the following events occurred:

• Level of battery power is extremely low.
• Scheduled backup time.

To activate checking for any of these events you should select an appropriate option item in Options tab.

Every time ArtSSave will search device for a difference since last backup session in target file/storage and save it.

If an automatic option is selected ArtSSave will keep agent program running with special small icon in lower bottom corner of desktop (task bar). If you close down the agent program an automatic backup will be disabled.
To close (unload) the agent program you should click on its icon and select Exit menu item.

Manual backup mode

• Go to Backup tab.
• We advise you to make a note for reason of current backup session.
• Press Backup button.

ArtSSave will search device for a difference since last backup session in target file/storage and save it.
