1. Installing ArtSKey.
To install ArtSKey:
- run Setup.
Note: The ArtSKey does not install a Hebrew/Arabic font on the mobile device.
After ArtSKey is installed:
- ONLY if you have legal permissions, copy Hebrew/Arabic fonts (at least Tahoma and Arial; Times New Roman is also recommended) from your PC "Windows\Fonts" folder to "Windows" folder on your Device.
2. Synchronizing Outlook data (Contact, Task, Appointment, Message).
Turn off automatic synchronization in the Windows CE Services (clear the "Synchronize Mobile Device time upon Connecting" in Tools - Activesync Options).
For synchronizing:
- tap on ArtSKey small icon in the right lower corner of the mobile device screen;
- choose Synchronization item;
- press "Yes" to confirm;
- after message: "Synchronize your data, and then press OK" synchronize data using Windows CE Services. On completion - press "OK";
- on message: "Synchronization complete" - synchronization complete.
3. Receiving and Sending of e-mail.
After e-mail received all Hebrew/Arabic texts will look like "reversed".
To convert it to original order:
- select all text;
- tap on ArtSKey small icon at the right lower corner of the device screen;
- choose "Reverse" item.
The selected text will be reversed according Hebrew/Arabic bi-directional rules.
Before sending e-mail:
- before sending produce the "reverse" procedure described above.
4. Synchronizing Pocket Word files.
After receiving Word file from PC to Mobile Device, all Hebrew/Arabic file content is reversed.
To correct it:
- select some text you want to correct;
- tap on ArtSKey small icon at the right lower corner of the device screen;
- choose "Reverse" item.
Before transferring text from Mobile Device to PC, please also reverse it as described above.
